EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and eight + years related functional and managerial/leadership experience; or Associate degree and ten + years related functional and managerial/leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Commercial real estate background preferred. Leasing, negotiation, and deal structure knowledge.
