Overview
The Director of Education will be responsible for leading Chadwell University’s structure, development, and ongoing growth. Chadwell University exists to teach both internal and external customers about the Multi-Family industry, specific areas of Maintenance within property management and to qualify others to attain industry certifications. Ideal candidate with have experience as a trainer, manager and have product expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other facets of property management maintenance.
What you will need
- Be willing and able to meet extensive travel requirements.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of industry related experience.
- Employee must have specialized training or a high level of knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Pool Operations.
- Have the ability to manage a remote team, and to teach and train individuals in a variety of topics.
- Have above average communication skills.
- Have above average organization skills and attention to detail.
How you will make an impact
- Work with and engage Association Education committees training platforms.
- Train customers and internal teams on curriculum in order to increase both awareness and knowledge of the industry.
- Attain and retain certifications in both HVAC and Pool courses to maintain trainer status.
- Supervise, mentor and manage the entire CU structure and team.
- Review surveys to monitor success and identify areas of improvement.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the ability to teach them to others.
- Implement educational programs while upholding quality standards.
- Develop online and ongoing classes that will benefit students and customer properties.
