Director of Manufacturing at Plexus Scientific Corporation

We are seeking a visionary Director of Manufacturing to steer our operations to new heights. Your role will be pivotal, overseeing strategic planning, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure we surpass production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Leadership Excellence: You will drive our manufacturing strategies aligned with our ambitious company goals. With your guidance, we will implement continuous improvement initiatives, setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that define operational success.

Operational Mastery: From day-to-day operations to long-term planning, you will optimize efficiency and workflow to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will ensure our equipment and machinery operate at peak performance, delivering results that speak for themselves.

Quality Assurance: You'll enforce stringent quality control standards, collaborating closely with our teams to enhance product quality and minimize defects. Your attention to detail will ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest industry standards.

Safety and Compliance: You'll champion a culture of safety, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Your leadership will ensure our workforce operates in a secure and productive environment.

Qualifications That Matter:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the heavy equipment manufacturing industry.

Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are your hallmark. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is essential.
