Are you a seasoned marketer with a passion for technology and a knack for driving business growth? We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and innovative individual to fill the role of Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies in the edtech industry. You will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts and ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of our industry. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, drives customer engagement, and boosts business growth.
2. Oversee the execution of all marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, and PR efforts, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
3. Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
4. Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and make strategic decisions that improve marketing effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
6. Manage the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
7. Oversee the development and execution of effective email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
9. Manage marketing budget to optimize resource allocation and ensure a high return on investment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the edtech industry.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful go-to marketing strategies.
4. Strong knowledge of brand management principles and best practices.
5. Proficiency in email marketing, including strategy development, execution, and measurement.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
8. Strong understanding of the technology industry and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the market.
9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
10. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
