RESPONSIBILITIES OF A STNA:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of marketing, including advertising, public relations, social media, website development, and collateral materials.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
• Plan and execute special events and promotional campaigns.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Supervise and mentor the marketing team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A STNA:

• Experience in Long Term Care Business Development is required.
