About the Job
Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a highly experienced Director of Municipal Services for our client, a Pittsburgh based civil engineering firm.
The Director of Municipal Services role will include:
- Servicing as Client Manager for municipal clients, attending monthly public meetings, project planning, design, permitting, project financing assistance, and construction phase services for municipal clients.
- The Director of Municipal Services will also be responsible for supervising our client's municipal group including five project managers, who are representing municipal clients, as well as our client's building code and zoning group.
Requirements:
- Ten plus years of experience with a water/wastewater or municipal background
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Pennsylvania is required
- Experience working with municipalities and/or water authorities is required.
