New U Life Corporation is actively seeking a dynamic leader—a high-energy, self-motivated, and experienced senior Sales Leader to oversee and enhance our sales strategies across North America. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with top-tier field leadership to guide and expand our market presence. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, inspiring and managing the sales team, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets. We require a candidate with a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the multi-level marketing (MLM) business model.
In addition to possessing strong strategic and leadership qualities, the right individual will need to be adept at fostering team cohesion, driving performance, and navigating the complexities of the MLM landscape to optimize our sales processes and outcomes. This position is not just about meeting sales goals but also about contributing to the team's growth and development by providing innovative solutions and continuous improvement strategies.
This full-time position is based in Lehi, Utah, where our senior Sales Leader will be centrally positioned to influence and propel our sales initiatives forward, ensuring alignment with New U Life's overall business objectives and cultural values. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to meet organizational objectives and targets. Explore new market possibilities and devise actionable strategies to tap into these opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales managers and field representatives. Offer coaching, training, and performance evaluations to help the team achieve or surpass sales goals.
Sales Performance: Track and evaluate sales metrics. Generate frequent forecasts and reports for upper management, and revise strategies to adapt to evolving market needs and company objectives.
Training and development: Organize and conduct ongoing training sessions, webinars, and workshops to improve the capabilities and knowledge of distributors. Also, arrange and participate in area events, product introductions, and sales meetings.
Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture enduring connections with key customers, distributors, and partners. Resolve customer issues and strive for high customer satisfaction levels.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed and ahead of industry movements, competitor actions, and consumer preferences, and leverage this insight to enhance sales strategies and product lines.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Maintain a high standard of ethics and integrity within the sales team.
Budget Management: Formulate and oversee the budget for your market. Distribute resources efficiently to optimize return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least five years in a sales leadership role within an MLM company.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
