Director of Nursing - Long Term Healthcare Facility

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Executive Director to provide high-quality care to our Residents
• Lead, train, manage, and motivate healthcare department Team members
• Complete assessments, write service plans, accurately document, and communicate all relevant medical information in compliance with State regulations
• Ensure Resident contentment and communicate promptly with Residents' families, when necessary

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing home operations
• Excellent work history in the long-term care industry
• Commitment to team-orientated outcomes and quality care
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• State of IN RN license required
