Salary :$150K - $175K *Based on Experience*

Job Description for Director of Nursing:

• Supervises all nursing staff in the facility
• Development and implementation of nursing policy and procedure
• Overseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
• Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain current
• Overseeing nursing employee conduct
• Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
• Assessing the health needs of each resident

Requirements of the Director of Nursing:

• Must have New Jersey RN license
• Must have prior Director of Nursing experience preferred
• Must have experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Must have strong clinical background and leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
