Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.

Uphold standards of fairness and integrity in all aspects of nursing operations.

Foster a culture of accountability, holding team members to high standards of performance and professionalism.

Collaborate with other department heads to optimize patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.

Participate in an on-call rotation with nurse supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the needs of the organization.

Willingness to work overnights as needed to ensure smooth operations and support the nursing team.

Qualifications:

Valid state RN license and current BLS certification.

Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
