An exciting opportunity has just been announced that a Hospital Affiliated Long-Term Care Facility is looking for a Director of Nursing to continue providing dedicated care to their residents in the Northwest corner of Beautiful Colorado.
Associated with the local Hospital District, this Long-Term Care Community provides a tranquil setting for their patients. Their services range from Long-Term Care to Memory and Respite Care. The Director of Nursing - LTC will be an essential part of helping to continue to provide a personalized plan of care for each of the residents which includes specialized nursing and rehabilitation services.
Working with the LTC Administrator, the Director of Nursing - LTC will oversee a group of registered nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, social workers, and chaplains. They will also work closely with the Hospital leadership and clinical staff members to ensure all residents medical plans of care are met with the highest of standards and quality.
Ideally, the Director of Nursing - LTC will have experience as a Director or Assistant Director of a Long Term Care facility. They will be responsible for developing policies and procedures, managing budgets, ensuring staffing of the facility and hiring as needed to fill needs, and continuing the patient-centered care that sets the facility apart as a leader in the area for Long Term Care.
