Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and oversee all nursing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in nursing practices and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support nursing staff through training and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
