Director of Nursing - Piper Companies

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Director of Nursing to work for a growing endoscopy center located in Downtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:

• Oversee daily clinical operations of a high-volume endoscopy center
• Sets daily schedule to accommodate patient and paperwork flow through procedure area
• Advises and instructs on clinical skills, performing adjustments mid-procedure and optimizing training
• Ensures proper utilization of the medical records system
• Supports overall quality compliance and safety measures
• Serves as on-site infection control nurse

Qualifications of the Director of Nursing:

• 2+ years of experience in leadership capacity in the endoscopy or GI space
• BSN and active New York State RN license
• Experience with state, Medicare, AAAHC, and Joint Commission accreditation
• ACLS/BLS certified

Compensation for the Director of Nursing:

• Salary: $150,000; full-time, permanent role
• Full Benefits--PTO included, permanent position
• No on-call responsibilities—standard schedule
