Director of Nursing (DON) – Long-Term Care Facility
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) with Long Term Care Experience. We are willing to train the right person for this job at our 55-bed long-term care facility in Bethany. We would love to have someone join our work family who is compassionate, caring, and loves our older population. Voyage LTC has enjoyed changing the culture in this building over the last year since acquiring this home and a devoted, loving DON would be the icing on the cake!
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
- Experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent clinical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance administrative nursing care, as well as being part of a coordinated team.
