Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our nursing staff to provide world-class care to our residents
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for each resident
• Oversee the administration of medications and treatments to residents
• Ensure that our nursing staff is trained and up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Nebraska
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
