NaphCare is partnering with Everhealth to hire a Director of Nursing (RN) just like you to join our team at Clackamas County Jail located in Oregon City, OR. Pay rates range from $55.10 - $58.00 per hour.

Responsibilities for Director of Nursing (RN):

• Responsible for staff development, nursing education and management of nursing practice
• Coordinate nursing staff orientation and training to both facility and company policies
• Observe and evaluate the performance of the nursing staff
• Make clinical rounds
• Assist with recruiting efforts

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (RN):

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in OR
• Bachelors in Nursing preferred
• A valid CPR card
• a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative/management experience in a healthcare setting, with 1 year experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
