Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Leadership: Guide and inspire the nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care for our residents, like the steady guidance of autumn’s change.
• Oversee Nursing Care Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that are tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN License: Must hold a current RN license in the state of New Mexico.

• Knowledge of Regulations: In-depth understanding of state and federal regulations governing nursing in assisted living.
