Director of Nursing – Outpatient Surgery Center
Location: Yorktown Heights, NY

We are searching for a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at a multispecialty outpatient surgery center. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary between $130,000 - $150,000, with bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinical staff in pre-op, PACU and OR settings

• Ensure compliance with infection control, accreditation, Medicare, and state licensure

• Hands-on nursing leadership with experience in RN Supervisor, DON, or Nurse Manager roles

• Play a key role in an EMR transition (no paper records)

• Monday – Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (BSN preferred)

• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience strongly preferred, but hospital backgrounds will be considered

• At least 2 years in a nursing leadership role

• Experience in clinical education and staff development
