Position Overview: As the Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in managing our company's operational framework. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing contract negotiations, ensuring the seamless execution of programs, and crafting competitive pricing strategies that position us for continued success.
Key Responsibilities:

Contracts Management: Lead the end-to-end process of negotiating, reviewing, and administering contracts to ensure compliance, minimize risks, and secure favorable terms. Partner with legal and finance teams to address any contractual challenges.

Program Management: Direct the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key programs. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, manage resources effectively, and monitor program performance against established metrics.

Pricing Proposals: Spearhead the development and execution of pricing strategies to secure new business opportunities. Conduct market analysis, evaluate competitor pricing, and refine cost structures to create compelling and profitable pricing models.

Leadership: Mentor and guide the operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with senior management to design and implement strategic initiatives. Regularly assess operational performance and lead efforts to enhance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in contracts management, program management, and pricing proposals.
- Deep understanding of contract law, program lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic decisions based on complex data.
