The Opportunity 

The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring adherence and commitment to operational, educational, and quality standards across a Catapult Territory and for establishing and managing operational strategies and plans that are designed to ensure that the Territory meets or exceeds its financial goals.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Ensure effective auditing of financial metrics with Program Director

• Collaborate with Program Director to diagnose and address program’ performance shortfalls and challenges to achieving business objectives 

• Consult with Program Director to assess EQ metrics and implement strategies that will result in EQ improvement

• Develop key reports for programs for EQ performance and use them to manage EQ performance improvement

• Responsible for staff development and performance management as a coach and consultant 

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• BA in Education or related field Required

• Five years of successful management experience in a multi-site educational setting

• Knowledge of state and federal education funding structure and processes Required 

• Ability to analyze data accurately, execute operational strategies, and assess their effectiveness

• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback 

• Ability to adapt and remain flexible
