Seeking a dynamic Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor our dedicated nursing team.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing in Washington
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (MSN preferred).
• 8-10 years of skilled nursing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record in program development and implementation.
• Strong grasp of quality improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
