Job Title: Director of Operations -MVNO

Work Location: Los Angeles or San Diego, CA

Position Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week Monday to Friday

Job Description:

Foxx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our MVNO business (Foxx Mobile). The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the MVNO market, business operations, and strategy. This role will be based in Los Angeles or San Diego and will report directly to the Vice President of the MVNO Business Unit. English is required as the primary working language, and Spanish and Mandarin are a plus due to the international scope of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the MVNO business, ensuring smooth execution of strategies and initiatives.

• Business Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the VP of MVNO Business Unit to implement strategic business plans, focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Market Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor the MVNO market and industry trends, adjusting business operations to stay competitive and optimize service offerings.

• Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with key vendors, technology partners, and service providers critical to MVNO operations.

• Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure that all business operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly regarding telecommunications and MVNO operations.     

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the MVNO or telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of MVNO business models and operations.

• Proven track record in leading operations in a similar capacity, preferably within the MVNO space.

• English proficiency is required, with Mandarin and Spanish being a plus due to international business development needs.

• Strong knowledge of the US MVNO market and telecommunications regulations.

• Experience with partner and vendor management in the telecommunications space.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with MVNOs in the US market or similar mobile network operators.

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies in the MVNO sector.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to the MVNO industry.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary $130,000-$175,000  plus benefits including health/dental/vision/PTO.
