Job Details
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS, manufacturing experience required.
- Ideally, the client wants someone with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in process-oriented operations and/or a related industry. The client will also entertain individuals with 2-3 years.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer.
- Experience working with manufacturing-based technology, processes, and principles.
- Knowledge of Epicor ERP would be nice but not required (Migrating Epicor to Kinetic and Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
- 6 Sigma or Lean certification preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing in an ISO 9001 environment.
