This young company has made a name for itself by offering exceptional white-glove service in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and pack-out services

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations – Water Restoration position include:
4+ years of experience in water restoration, mold remediation, and pack-out services.
IICRC Certification is required.
Background in overseeing teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with industry best practices and safety standards.
Oversee two Project Managers and their teams, totaling 8 people.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring teams have the resources they need.
Conduct site visits, checking on job progress and meeting with homeowners.
Step in to manage job sites if necessary, ensuring seamless operations.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base, plus great bonus potential ranging from $20,000 to $60,000!
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a company take-home vehicle, flexible base salary, bonuses based on project profits, and potential for ownership after the first year with a percentage of company profit.
