Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Build project wide knowledge of the Project Management Office by developing, distributing, and maintaining policies and procedures and related documentation. - Represent Maximus in all Project Management related activities. - Lead the planning and implementation of identified projects. - Define project tasks and resource requirements. - Use strong analytical reasoning to understand business process management and end user?s business requirements to develop full scale project plans. - Assemble and coordinate project staff. - Coordinate with business owners to manage project budget and resource allocation. - Plan and schedule project timelines. - Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. - Provide direction and support to project team. - Ensure quality assurance is built in. - Collect, evaluate, and compress data and information to monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. - Present reports and dashboards defining project progress, problems, and solutions. - Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. - Perform project evaluations and assessment of results. - Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and processes to recommend and implement efficient and effective changes for better performance. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in related field required. - 10-12 years of relevant professional experience required.
Maximus is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Director to join Maximus' Standardized Operations & Analytics (SOA) Program Management Office (PMO). The OCM Director will ensure effective and consistent implementation of OCM projects, support on-going improvement efforts of project management and implementation discipline and create and maintain standard change management tools and templates.
Maximus is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Director to join Maximus' Standardized Operations & Analytics (SOA) Program Management Office (PMO). The OCM Director will ensure effective and consistent impelmentation of OCM projects, support on-going improvement efforts of project management and implementation discipline and create and maintain standard change management tools and templates.
The OCM Director will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The OCM Director will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures.
The primary responsibility will be creating, implementing, and managing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The OCM Director will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
The OCM Director will need to be detail-oriented, understand intersections of people/process/technology, and work cross-functionally across many teams and different regions.
Please note:
- PROSCI certification required
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Lean Six Sigma preferred
- SAFe Agile certification preferred
- Remote position with limited travel of up to 25% that may be required based on contract client needs
- Develop Maximus-aligned change management model, tools, and techniques, including use of the Prosci levers for change sponsorship, communication, training, coaching and resistance to assist in implementing organizational change and communicating the change to the impacted business units, associates, and organization stakeholders
- Make recommendations on OCM to leadership based on research and analysis
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and identify specific techniques to educate executives, build executive alignment, and cascade change
- Provide advice and collaborate with additional Maximus OCM teams and resources to promote OCM
- Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of change management processes developed and/or administered, including use of the Prosci ROI model
- Develop strategies for mentoring, motivating, and coaching affected resources throughout change
- Build effective teams to implement change and motivate staff during change
- Plan for organizational change and establish roles and activities that support the change process
- Develop and deliver training on change management models, tools, and processes to provide guidance and build change-management skills
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as briefings, meetings, agendas, and correspondence
- Ensure project milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
- Interact with customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
