Job Summary and Qualifications
- The (Interim) Director of Patient Experience serves as the stakeholder champion for supporting the service culture for the organizational improvement of satisfaction results across all customer groups in the Medical Center.
- This leader works closely with the senior leadership team (CNO, COO, CMO) to manage data sets and reports related to patient experience.
- This leader will work closely with directors and managers to train, validate and coach leaders and staff to role-model the Must Haves for care experience excellence.
- Analyzes results of patient satisfaction survey data and report findings in the form of formal oral and written presentations to the senior medical center leaders, departmental managers/directors and other end users.
- Maintains accountability for compliance with external agency requirements related to patient satisfaction, including CMS HCAHPS survey requirements.
- Maintain/implement quality control programs on Must Haves, data/reporting, training, coaching.
What qualifications you will need:
- Minimum 5 years healthcare management and customer relations experience, or comparable leadership background.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- BSN preferred, not required.
- MSN or Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
- Hold a national certification in area of specialty preferred.
