TITLE: Director of Pharmacy
LOCATION: near Carlin, Nevada

Shift schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.

Summary:
The Director will be responsible for overall operation of pharmacy while also providing patient -oriented pharmaceutical care service including extensive cost-effective therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic drug dosing, medication use evaluation. There is one other Pharmacist and a Tech on staff.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

• Successful completion of a pharmacist degree accredited Doctor of Pharmacy Degree program or possess a Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy Degree with hospital experience required
• Licensed in the state of Nevada
• BLS
• PharmD

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Salary range $147,000 to $175,000 based on experience. This is full time with benefits. Some relocation assistance.
