healthcare system? UnitedHealthcare’s Level2 is on a mission to overcome the impact of type 2 diabetes through a combination of technology and multidisciplinary teams to help people with type 2 improve their glucose

Initiatives and priorities change frequently to meet the needs of the marketplace, customers, members and internal teams.Our Director, Product will be responsible for the strategy, design, development and management of new and existing products
This person will review product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance. May work with internal or external business constituents to determine product future direction or respond to product inquiries
May be project-based and involve working within multiple product functions
Provide strategic thought leadership on initiative optimization processes and best practices, through liaising with our teams.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely

Primary Responsibilities:Leading product’s vision, strategy, and executionVetting new opportunities – identifying product/market fit, positioning, value story & Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)Work with PMs to manage all commitments made through requirements, planning and deliveryBuild collaborative relationship with UHC business partners Develop and manage the inventory of all projects impacting the member experience Lead ad hoc projects with cross functional teams supporting key business goalsDevelop and maintain regular communications to support leadership and business partner team communications, including monthly product performance read-outs You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:8+ years product strategy & development in a fast-paced environment8+ years of product management experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to distill complex information into simple frameworks/recommendations and create executive facing material and reportsPreferred Qualifications:Healthcare Product management experienceKnowledge/background industry standard analytics tools like Confluence, Jira, etc.Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguityProven passion for and ability to understand customer needs and use data to deliver great solutionsProven to be skilled negotiator who has ability to motivate, persuade and build consensusProven track record of working with senior leadership on successful strategic initiativesProven excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills with ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade off decisions*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter PolicyCalifornia, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington, D.C
Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $122,100 to $234,700 annually
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc
