Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement efficient production strategies, optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain rigorous quality control measures, ensuring every home meets our exacting standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met.
• Spend more than 50% of your time in the field, ensuring hands-on oversight and involvement in projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Production, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role in the residential construction industry, or a higher-level field supervisor from a larger company looking to advance.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficient with construction management software and strong computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
