Position Summary:The Program Finance Director will lead the program finance and business analyst efforts for the CSI business line. This role is responsible for ensuring all customer deliverable requirements are met with accurate and on-time financial data. The Director will also standardize reporting efforts across the programs and customer set to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Program Finance Leadership:
- Lead and manage the program finance and business analyst teams within the CSI business.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support program goals and objectives.
- Ensure financial compliance with corporate policies and customer requirements.
- Financial Data Management:
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports for all CSI programs.
- Ensure all financial data meets customer deliverable requirements.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for program improvement.
- Standardization and Reporting:
- Develop and implement standardized reporting processes across all programs.
- Ensure consistency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the primary financial point of contact for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to financial data and reporting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality financial information.
- Team Management:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the program finance and business analyst teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance financial operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing financial teams and leading finance projects.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate knowledge and use of earned value management analytics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the CSI industry or related sectors.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (Costpoint, Salesforce, Onestream)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or CPA preferred.
