Description
This is a full time Director of Provider and Clinical Outreach that will focus on supporting EMS Arrival and Total Transfer volume growth in the Tucson market.
The Director of Provider & Clinical Outreach will align market initiatives to achieve targeted organic growth; improve access to and delivery of care; establish and maintain relationships; promote expansion by actively seeking stakeholders and community partners to improve processes, access and outcomes. This growth will be accomplished by coordinating and supporting hospital CEOs, service line leaders, and outreach team members (DPO/DCO) in their efforts to develop collaborative relationships and increase satisfaction among providers (Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Emergency medical Services, Acute Care Hospitals, and Ancillary Patient Care sites of service) who practice in their communities.
Job Qualifications
Required Education/License: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, and/or Healthcare
related field from an accredited college or university; AND/OR Healthcare License State or National
as RN, Paramedic, etc. Master’s degree in Business and/or Health Administration preferred.
Experience: Requires a minimum of five (5) years healthcare experience.
Expected Travel: Outward facing 75% of the time, along with occasional training and development
travel.
