Opportunities available for a Director of Quality Assurance to join our Community Medical Group family!

The Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for implementing the company’s Continuous Quality Improvement Program at the corporate level including, but not limited to, planning, organizing, developing, coordinating, and directing quality assessments. They will ensure activities and programs in facilities are accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. They will ensure the highest degree of quality resident care and services are delivered and maintained with patients. Also, the Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for the development and implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program. They are responsible for the integrity of the system and ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and includes review of high-risk areas.

What do we need from you?

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field with over five years of experience in healthcare administration
• Experience in Medicaid or Medicare preferred
• At least one year of Medical Billing & Coding experience
