Director of Quality Assurance – Quality department management experience at a food processing plant is required
- A four-year food-related degree; five or more years of experience as a Quality Assurance Director or Manager at a food processing plant; five or more years of experience working with USDA regulations; and five or more years of experience with HACCP, USDA and Safe Quality Food (SQF) program regulations are all required
- Pay is $120,000 to $152,000
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is an 100% onsite position
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Managing, training and mentoring the QA Manager, QA Supervisor and the other QA department employees
- Being responsible for anything related to quality
- Interacting with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) employees
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP and all internal and external food safety regulations
- Creating, implementing and maintaining the Safe Quality Food (SQF) code
- Supporting new product development and marketing
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- A four-year food-related degree
- Five or more years of experience as a Quality Assurance Director or Manager at a food processing plant
- Five or more years of experience working with USDA regulations
- Five or more years of experience with HACCP, USDA and Safe Quality Food (SQF) program regulations
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
