Job Title: Director of Rehab – Long Term Care Facility (Texas)

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Manage and coordinate rehab services (PT, OT, ST) for residents.

Ø  Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists.

Ø  Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Ø  Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional resident care.

Requirements:

Ø  Certification in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Therapy (ST).

Ø  Leadership experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting is preferred.
