We are seeking dedicated Director of Rehabilitation to join our outstanding and growing team! The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation services provided to residents, ensuring quality care, and managing a team of therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing, and directing the rehabilitation department (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy etc)
- Ensure that the rehabilitation team provides resident-centered care and maintains high standards of practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., nursing, social work, dietary) to develop comprehensive care plans for residents
- Review and approve treatment plans developed by therapists.
- Monitor departmental expenses and work to improve efficiency while maintaining high standards of care.
- Communicate regularly with families, residents, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure clarity of care plans and goals.

Requirements:
- A degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or related rehabilitation field (Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT), etc.).
- Active state licensure as a physical therapist (PT), occupational therapist (OT), or speech-language pathologist (SLP).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
