Director of Resident Care, LPN

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized care plans for residents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents, including specialized services for memory care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Foster a person-centered care approach, respecting residents' rights to participate in their care plan development.
• Ensure staff receive specialized training.
• Monitor and manage medication administration, ensuring compliance with state regulations and training requirements.
• All other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Current LPN licensure in PA.
• Experience in a personal care / memory care community.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
