Director of Resident Engagement
The Director of Resident Engagement leads the development and implementation of successful resident engagement programs. They oversee and supervise a team of Resident Engagement Coordinators (RECs), working closely with the Chief Program Officer (CPO), partners, and executive managers to enhance outreach programs. Through goal-setting and feedback analysis, they ensure effective program execution and continuous improvement to serve the varied needs of our communities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a resource database for low- and moderate-income individuals.
Collaborate with team to measure effectiveness of resident services.
Conduct marketing, speaking engagements, and community outreach.
Plan marketing strategy with RECs and marketing team.
Train and onboard new RECs in various states.
Coach RECs weekly to improve performance and drive engagement.
Set goals for social impact and community service.
Partner with RECS to launch on new sites throughout the country.
Communicate effectively with residents through newsletters and other channels.
Travel to property sites to organize engagement events throughout the country.
Manage time effectively and lead a high-performing team.
Develop staffing plans and assist in hiring.
Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Build trust with stakeholders and represent the organization positively.
Ensure security of information.
Support senior management and collaborate in the development of new systems and operations.

Job Requirements:
Bilingual (English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese).
Property management, resident services, or social work background preferred.
Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Work schedule may include weekends or late evenings based on scheduled events.
Proficient in written and verbal English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
ZOOM, TEAMS, and Microsoft Office proficiency
Associate degree required, Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferred.
Must be able to meet program quotas monthly with team.
Looking for individuals located in Dallas, Atlanta, or Boston.
Hybrid work environment (Remote: 20%, Travel: 80%).
Must have reliable transportation
Salary & Benefits:
Compensation dependent on years of experience, Resident Services experience a plus
Range from 65k-75k
Hybrid work enviroment.
