Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Director of Sales to provide essential support to our Sales Office, manage the move-in process for new residents, and nurture relationships with prospective residents and their families. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping seniors, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities as a Director of Sales:
- Manage Follow-Up Campaigns: Create and implement creative follow-up campaigns while maintaining sales organization systems.
- Resident Tours: Assist with conducting personalized tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Sales Strategies: Utilize One-on-One sales strategies during home visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate Move-Ins: Manage move-in paperwork and facilitate smooth transitions for new residents.
- Administrative Support: Handle departmental administrative tasks and assist with the completion of reports.

- Prior experience in senior living, customer service, or healthcare coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
