Job description
The Director of sales and Marketing is responsible for maximizing facility’s census through interaction with referral sources. Assists in achieving revenue targets and providing sales and marketing support for the Center. Responsible for local market analysis and coordinating facility marketing plans. A successful Director of Sales knows how to manage all aspects of sales operations. The Director of Sales tests different sales plans and adjusts the sales strategy as needed to increase profits. They typically work closely with the sales team, but they also work with entire leadership team, prospects and other stakeholders. Some examples of daily Director of Sales and Marketing job duties include: • Managing all sales team members and processes • Setting sales goals and quotas • Creating the sales department budget • Producing sales forecasts and reports • Researching the market and competitors • Training, mentoring and motivating the sales team • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials • Ability to handle multiple priorities and is competent in organizational and time management skills. • Building relationships with prospects and referral sources • Coordinate internal publicity events
