Your Role:
MDisrupt is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director of Sales with a passion for sales and a proven history of success. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in driving the adoption of MDisrupt’s SaaS-based solutions among healthtech and life sciences companies. You will be at the forefront of targeting key market segments, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

As the driving force behind our sales engine, you will:
Master the Sales Journey: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from the first spark of interest to the final handshake, guiding prospects every step of the way to becoming long-term partners.
Architect Winning Strategies: Craft and execute bold, innovative sales plans that don't just meet targets—they redefine what success looks like in the B2B SaaS world.
Spot and Seize Opportunities: Unearth high-potential market segments and design laser-focused strategies that turn opportunities into revenue-generating realities.

Who You Are:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or a similar senior sales role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales role within the healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences sectors.
- A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the healthtech and life sciences industries and their unique challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
What We Offer:

- Base Salary: $140,000-180,000 per year, depending on experience
- On-Target Earnings: Potential to earn $300,000-350,000+ per year, including base salary and commission.
