About the Job
Job Duties: The Director of Sales & Brand Growth is responsible for sales growth, community
engagement, catering, social media development and to establish and refine the processes in these four
areas. Duties specifically include developing and executing plans to achieve sales growth in specific areas
such as mobile, catering sales, breakfast sales, OLD, and ensuring alignment with Operations and
Training to execute the plans at a high level within these areas. Develop strong relationships with our
catering sales and execution. Develop community engagement, which includes Identifying, planning, and
executing events that we should be involved with outside of the restaurant. Identifying and building
partnerships with people and organizations within our community that fit our culture and goals.
Planning and executing community events and sales within our restaurant. Overseeing the Community
Engagement Lead to increase their capacity to execute events and identify and develop a group of team
members to serve at community events. Must be involved in the Chamber of Commerce and creatively
represent the brand with integrity. Work with all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram,
and Snapchat. Serve the Findlay team in all capacities as needed.
Minium Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and must have
12 months of experience in marketing and operating social media accounts for an organization which
must include Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Other relevant social media platforms. Must have
demonstrated Graphic Design knowledge using program of choice and open availability Monday-
Saturday.
