We're looking for a Director of Sales to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll leverage our extremely advanced mobile app technology coupled with your expertise to scale our B2B business, drive revenue, and enhance the knowledge and adoption of Gesture's unique logistical marketing solutions.
As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in growing high-impact strategic partnerships and enterprise based business relationships that accelerate our business. You will have a proven track record of working with and influencing key cross-functional stakeholders. We are seeking a dynamic leader to maximize value creation with our most strategic partners globally.

Sales Director responsibilities are:
Exceeding annual sales targets
Define partner success requirements and produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of their impact, needs and growth opportunities
Have a deep understanding of partner capabilities and solutions, synthesize their needs, and advocate internally to cross-functional teams
Maintain subject matter expertise of partner ecosystems and stay up to date with marketing technology and API trends
Selling on individual level to meet your own sales targets and goals
Build, train and manage a high powered, high performing in-office sales and business development team
Implementing and executing strategic plans
Building and maintaining good customer relationships
Communicating effectively among clients and higher managers
Creating reports on sales performance
Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends
Travel may be required
Sales Director requirements are:
Experience as a Sales Director
Work from our in-office location in Downtown Denver Colorado
Previous position as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven ability to maximize sales
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Great listening, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills
- BA/BSc in Marketing, Business or related field / MA/Msc would be preferred

Gesture is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $85,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
