Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and market presence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7-9 sales professionals, fostering a high performance culture.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Sales Operations and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Market and Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.

Job Details
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
