Job Details
Currently, they are looking for a Sales Manager or Director of Sales (DOE) with experience doing sales for either a realtor or home builder.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Actively participate in the sales process to ensure goal achievement.
- Conduct competitive market/trend analysis to inform strategies and contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Ensure accuracy and prompt submission of sales documents and contracts.
- Continuously enhance sales presentations to achieve high performance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/sales or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience including at least some time spent at a realtor or builder.
- Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Effective at organization, multitasking, and time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled negotiator with a proactive problem-solving approach.
