Job Summary:
Glow Networks, a premier provider of engineering, deployment, and optimization services, to international telecom OEMs and service providers. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as the Director of Sales for Glow Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations, strategies, and goals of our company. As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

We are seeking:
• A minimum of 7 years’ sales experience in the telecom industry with a focus on selling engineering services.
• Education – bachelor’s degree is mandatory, Masters is preferred.
• Responsible for bringing in new engineering and deployment projects from telecom OEMs, service providers, SIs and ISPs
• Key responsibility is to grow the existing accounts and hunt for new logos
• Individual contributor role, candidates must be self-motivated and proactive
• Strong business network connections with Tier-1 Service Provider, top OEMs, ISPs in wireline, wireless, fixed wireless and fiber domains. Must understand the organizational structure of these potential clients and have strong connections with key people.
• Strong knowledge of network services including Data center/Edge data center design, engineering and deployment, fiber engineering, design and deployment, Enterprise p5G end to end solutions, routing and switching, integration and commissioning services, Industrial IoT solutions.
• Must be able to strategize the account, plan for revenue growth and work on building an effective pipeline
