THE TYPE OF DIRECTOR OF SALES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience as a sales leader, with prior hotel sales experience
• Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management
• Proficient in managing/using sales automation (DELPHI) & PMS systems

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES

This full-time management position works Monday - Friday. May be required to be on-call and work weekends as needed.

As the Revenue Strategy Manager with our hotel, you play a crucial role in boosting hotel occupancy and maximizing revenue. As the right-hand to the General Manager, you are responsible for designing and executing an exceptional revenue strategy that optimizes all aspects of our hotel operations, including rooms, food, drinks, and event spaces. Your expertise in group bookings, attracting transient travelers, and dominating the catering scene is pivotal in driving our success. Additionally, you stay ahead of the curve by constantly monitoring market trends, analyzing the competition, and ensuring that our hotel is always one step ahead.
