About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director, Americas. This key executive will lead and oversee all aspects of the sales function for the Americas at WebPros, driving growth in our web hosting and backend technology services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across the Americas.
- Identify market opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience in technology or related fields.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
