Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience in luxury hotels or lifestyle brands
- A creative, strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how to enhance revenue while staying true to our brand identity
- Established relationships within the hospitality and agency community
- Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and building long-term partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tell our brand story in new and exciting ways
- Confidence, professional presence, and a passion for guest experience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suites
