Job Summary:
Levy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales Membership to lead and expand our membership sales strategy. This role involves driving revenue growth through membership acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of membership-based business models.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase membership acquisition and retention.
+ Lead a team of membership sales professionals, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
+ Establish sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds goals.
+ Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to drive member engagement and satisfaction.
+ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine and adjust membership strategies as needed.
+ Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, and corporate sponsors.
+ Report on membership sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on membership or subscription-based models.
+ Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
+ Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
+ Experience with CRM software and sales performance tools.
+ Passion for member engagement and delivering exceptional value.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
