Community First Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Director of Sales in Assisted Living and Memory Care at our upsacle, luxury long term care facility, Montage Mason.

The ideal candidate will have a depth of knowledge in senior living and proven experience driving revenue and census growth for all Assisted Living and Memeory care units.

Salary: Starting at $75,000 based on experience. Additional sales performance compensation structure available.
- Demonstrated ability to build a census
- Meet monthly occupancy goals and budgeted census as outlined by senior management
- Conduct exceptional tours, follow up and lead nurturing, as outlined by our defined sales process
- Train and provide leadership to all staff on achieving the best first impressions with residents, families and prospects
- Appropriately identify and build relationships with community professionals to maximize referral leads
- Maintain a lead/referral database and track the marketing activities as outlined by our defined sales process
- Promote the Continuum of Care and full spectrum services offered throughout our organization
- Coordinate and facilitate community sales and marketing efforts including outreach, events and community promotions in conjunction with marketing leadership
- Complete market analysis as requested by senior management
- Collaborate sales trends, move ins, assessments and assessments to respective teams on a daily basis
- Complete full financial qualification and execute documentation for final approval
- Abides by the company Always Behaviors each and every day as we serve our clients, colleagues, and community.
- All other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study such as business or marketing. 4 years of work experience in healthcare industry may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of two years in healthcare/sales/marketing role required

- Exceptional listening skills, resolves concerns, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors.
- Must be detailed oriented and good organizational skills.
- Incumbent should demonstrate:
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Friendly, approachable, calm demeanor
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM software preferred.
- Understand healthcare operations, and legal guidelines regarding contracts.
